Custom branded items are not returnable and not exchangeable. If an item is damaged, please contact Audra Frye, Director of Sales and Marketing at 248-281-2025.

Shipping

At the PVM Store, we are proud to ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Please note that all items shipped from the PVM Store will be delivered by ground shipping within 2-3 weeks of the processed order date.
